Delivery

We specialise in supplying the best quality Christmas trees to England and Wales and the Border region of Scotland, outside those areas we do not supply due to shipping rates.

Delivery costs £9.99 for each tree and we will delivery within 1-3 days (We cannot guarantee your preferred delivery date as the carriers cannot guarantee it) If you order a tree for delivery on a Friday we will dispatch 2 days before (Wednesday). Usually the carriers will get the tree to you for Thursday but as they cannot guarantee it neither can we.

All deliveries are made to your door only. Delivery personnel are not contracted to install your Christmas tree in your house or remove any packaging. We request a safe place to leave the tree, and we request you only order from us if there is a safe place to leave the tree. We are not responsible for your tree once it is left.

All Christmas trees are netted for protection.

We endeavour to get your trees to you on a preferred date, however due to reasons beyond our control this is not always possible. However we ask you for your understanding at this busy time of year. Christmas Trees 4 You will inform you if we know of any expected delays or problems. We suggest you have your tree at least 3 days BEFORE you need it to ensure you receive your tree in plenty of time.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Normal daily delivery times are 8.30am to 5pm only after these times on your preferred day can an order be classed as ‘late’. Please contact us the following working day for an updated schedule. We will inform you if we know of any expected delays or problems. 

Our Christmas Decorations are sent out with Royal Mail or Evri. We will dispatch your order within 1-3 days of receipt of the order and the shipping charges for decorations are £3.99. If you order a tree and decorations then you will be charged for both the tree and decorations as they are sent with separate carriers.
