Terms and Conditions
We specialise in supplying the best quality Christmas trees to England and Wales and the Border region of Scotland, fast and efficiently to your business or home. We use one of the countries best delivery freight services and offer a 1-2 day delivery service. See delivery page for details. (subject to stock availability) Choose your preferred delivery date and we will endeavour to delivery on or before your date. Over the Christmas period the carriers are so busy we cannot and do not guarantee next day delivery so have now changed it to 1-2 days.
Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched (subject to stock) that day for a Tuesday delivery. If that is not possible we will dispatch on the Monday for Wednesday delivery. Orders placed on a Wednesday will be delivered on or before Friday.
Goods ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday) unless a preferred date has been requested.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check their order before confirmation.
Delivery of the trees are made to a "Safe Place" of your choice. Please note, this safe place is at YOUR risk. If you live in a flat with entry security or a home that does not have a safe place, please do not order from us.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
All deliveries are made to your door only. Delivery personnel are not contracted to install your Christmas tree in your house or remove any packaging.
We endeavour to get your tree to you on your preferred date. However, due to reasons beyond our control this is not always possible. If, for any reason, we cannot deliver your goods in your chosen date we will contact you. If priority delivery charges have been made these will be refunded. However, we ask you for your understanding at this busy time. Our Couriers do everything they can to get your tree to you on your preferred date but sometimes this is not possible and a slight delay may occur. We suggest you have your tree at least 3 days before you need it.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Normal daily delivery times are 8.30am to 5pm only after these times on your preferred day can an order be classed as ‘late’. Please contact us the following working day for an updated schedule. We will inform you if we know of any expected delays or problems.
Deliveries will be left unattended without a signature if you are not at home. By purchasing a tree you have agreed for the tree to be left unattended.
Christmas Trees 4 You cannot be held responsible for any damage to or theft of the tree when we leave it unattended.
Christmas Trees 4 You reserve the right to amend all delivery prices and conditions at their discretion and without notice.
Christmas Tree Delivery Charges
All Christmas tree deliveries will be made by via Courier based on a 1-2 day delivery service (You choose the day most suited to you). Usually delivery will be next day but on occasion it will take 2 days due to the quantity of products being delivered at this time of year.
If there are problem with your order?
Any breakages, shortages and discrepancies with your order must be reported within 24 hours of parcel receipt. Any refunds may not be possible after this time. Refunds will not be given on items purchased for Christmas but only informed about after 24th December.
In the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied with your tree or you are experiencing needle loss please call us straight away and we will happily do what we can to sort the problem quickly and efficiently.
If you don’t tell us there’s a problem we can’t put it right!
Due to the uniqueness of our product and the sensitive timescale we would ask for your understanding regarding cancellations.
If you wish to cancel your order, in accordance with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, we require notice in writing by email or writing no less than 7 working days prior to your preferred delivery date. Any money taken from you will be returned within 30 days.
If you cancel your order after this time it may not be possible to stop shipment. Returning the items is the responsibility of the purchaser and you are under obligation to take reasonable care of the goods. We (Christmas Trees 4 You) do not accept responsibility for return carriage. We will, however, endeavour to assist you in any way possible.
We reserve the right to allow for the possibility of supplying substitute goods in the event of us not being able to supply the specific goods ordered. The submitted goods will be of equivalent quality and price to those ordered. If you are unhappy with the substitute goods Christmas Trees 4 You will meet the return charges. We will contact you first if this unlikely event happens.
No returns will be accepted without you first contacting Christmas Trees 4 You. The number is 07931 930 769 or you can contact us by sending an email to email@example.com
If there has been a change of mind it is the customers’ responsibility to meet all costs of the returned delivery and to take care that goods returned are in a salable condition. No amounts will be refunded if goods are damaged on return.

Christmas Trees 4 You reserve the right to remove and amend products and prices on their website without notice. All content and design on the Christmas Trees 4 You website is the exclusive copyright of Christmas Trees 4 you.
All sizes are approximate. We reserve the right to deliver trees 6 inches taller than ordered.
As Christmas trees are a natural product Christmas Trees 4 You cannot be held responsible for slight colour and shape irregularities. We can, however, guarantee that you will receive an excellent product.
Colours for all items, including trees, wreaths and decorations, may vary from those shown in images.
